...to the Webpage of the Saxon Confessional Initiative.

The Saxon Confessional Initiative is an amalgamation of church parishes, church
communities, church institutions and individual people of the Evangelical-Lutheran
Church of Saxony. One of its major aims is to ensure that the lifestyle of male and
female pastors conforms to the Holy Scripture and the confession (of faith).

The Saxon Confessional Initiative envisions itself as the continuation of the
Declaration of Markersbach. We totally disagree with the resolution passed by the
governing body of the church on 21 January 2012 and would therefore like to ask
the Synod to retract the word by launching a respective church law.

We would like to ask the church parishes, church communities, church
institutions and organizations as well as individual people of our church
to come and join us in intercession and in signing our statement in
response to the resolution.
